Our mission is to identify the opportunities that technology can bring to our clients and then design, implement and manage projects according to their needs, based on a 5 pillars methodology: Strategy, UX/UI design, Development, Marketing and Growth.

Ley was born in January 2020, from the long-lasting dream of starting our own business and to combine the skills and experience that we have gather over the years, both in Portugal and abroad.

At Ley, we want to combine technology, creative energy, and strategy to create top-notch technological and digital solutions for real problems, and to do so, we invest ourselves in understanding our clients’ needs and difficulties and we can work together to create innovative and effective solutions.
